Experienced Mortgage Processors Wanted
We are looking for 3 quality mortgage processors
Responsibilities
• Review applications and contracts to ensure stipulations and conditions have been met.
• Obtains and reviews documentation for accuracy and authenticity. Carefully reviews all documents including applications and stipulations for potential fraud.
• Obtains all verifications and payoffs.
• Provides assistance to customers, loan officers and realtors, regarding loan documentation and processing.
• Generates customer correspondence relating to the initiation of the loan in accordance to corporate guidelines.

Skills Required:: |
Preferred skills/Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/VA experience
• Ability to organize and prioritize details
• Ability to work productively under minimal supervision
• Requires strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Prefer minimum of 3-5 years of previous mortgage loan |
