Graphik Connexions was established in 1996 and creates all types of affordable training solutions for clients in various industries, from small businesses to corporate settings. We train employees on soft
skills and custom software applications.
We are looking to recruit at least 5 ISD`s and Captivate 4 Developers to add to our pool of Freelance Consultants for many upcoming projects.
We need (ISD`s) who:
1. are extremely creative, out of the box thinkers
2. have knowledge of various adult learning principles
3. have adaptive writing styles depending on the project
4. are very savvy with MS Office products, such as Word, PowerPoint,
and Publisher.
5. specialize in writing courses, storyboards, manuals, user guides,
facilitator and participant guides, etc
6. know how to write the material and design the layout/color
scheme/template as well
7. have over 5 years in the freelance ISD arena
8. have some experience with writing for e-Learning modules and
software simulations/demos; even audio scripts
We need Captivate Developers who:
Can work quickly under tight deadlines.
Have an eye for design and color schemes.
Can create custom templates.
Can quickly copy text from storyboards into slides.
Familiar with text box styles and animations.
Can easily add widgets.
Know how to program quiz preferences such as pass and fail instructions.
Know how to program various interactions quickly, such as on-click and roll over.

ISDs must have SBs, user guides, or something similar and Developers must have Captivate 4 samples.
Projects are paid on a flat project rate and based on complexity of the project you are assigned to. All work is done remotely and Consultant must have standard office setup with Internet, email, IM, printer, etc...as well as external backup in place. Accessibility is key, as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.
