Essential Functions:
A highly reliable individual is required to manage all aspects of Contractual Service Agreements (CSA`s) including Commercial, Financial, Customer Service & Technical Support etc.
* Work closely with the Regional Leadership in coordinating all departments to provide highest level of service to the customer.
* Strengthen relationship with customer personnel, including management, operations & maintenance.
* Drive fulfillment throughout the contract and focus on delivering.
* Develop and maintain site records to support optimum site operation and meet all business objectives.
* Plan and execute outage work programs.
* Work with all departments to minimize overall costs throughout the terms of the agreements.
* Use Lean Sigma Quality program to maximize productivity and customer service.
Requirements:
* Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent educational and technical experience.
* Minimum of 8 years of power generation related experience.
* Minimum of 4 years similar experience.
* Exceptional communication, organizational and project management skills.
* Proficient in written/spoken English is essential.
* Proficient in Arabic is preferable.
Desired:
* Successful project management experience.
* Knowledge of 9FA technology
* Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
