Our client is searching for a Casino VIP and Retention Agent to assist in the daily management of the casino business and deliver excellent results in increasing player lifetime value, retention and user experience. Your responsibilities will be:
Develop player relationships in increase retention and reactivation, with a focus on VIPs
Daily communication with VIPs
Working with casino management to optimise all retention activities with a focus on conversion and retention
Prove clear management reports on all retention activities
Assist casino management with configuration of bonuses
Requirements
