Our client is setting up a new and exciting retail experience in Doha, Qatar.
They are now seeking an experienced Food Safety Manager.
In this role you will oversee all operations to ensure that food safety and quality management standards are set, maintained and developed within the Organisation.
With a keen eye for detail you will ensure all staff are fully trained in Food safety and Quality standards and assessed regularly to maintain the highest standards.
You will oversee Quality and Food safety in both the Organisation’s retail and food premises including kitchens, bakeries, factory and all kitchen equipment to deliver the highest standard of food safety.
Other duties include carrying out regular checks on food suppliers and negotiating with suppliers to ensure their standards are equal to those set out by the Organisation.
You will also work closely with Retail Managers to ensure standards are maintained and that customer feedback relating to quality and food safety is responded to and any required actions are carried out.
To apply you will have 5+ years experience of working within Food Safety. Any qualifications of food safety / quality management are desired.
You will also have the ability to make appropriate decisions under time and commercial pressures that could have an impact on food safety without reference to higher management.
To apply you will have 5+ years Food Retail Management experience with strong communication and people management skills
You will have the ability to make appropriate decisions under time and commercial pressures that could have an impact on food safety without reference to higher management.
The ability to collate, analyse and interpret data and competency in Negotiating, Influencing, Communication, Listening, Project Management and Presentational skills is required.
In return you will receive a TAX FREE salary between $6,000 - $7,000 USD TAX FREE per Month.
