| Job Description: |
Candidates must have a minimum of SEVEN (7) years design experience. Engineering graduate with extensive experience in cross country pipeline design, system hydraulics, pipeline safeguarding and control, pipeline pump station and tank farm design, engineering support to pipeline operations, maintenance, concept, process, pipeline system project engineering and construction. Responsible for onshore pipeline design of oil & gas and water transmission projects. Must be able to independently design, calculate, select and specify route selection, material specifications, and coordinate preparation of drawings and calculations including pipeline alignment sheets, property plots, permit drawings, as well as piping plans and details for launchers, receivers, main line block valves stations, etc., elastic bend, wheel load, hot tap calculations and safety instruction sheets. Must be able to Supervise the execution of contracts from detail design through to construction support. Compile and issue timely, accurate and concise project progress reports. Participate in or lead pipeline projects audits / reviews, and HAZOP. Input to tendering, technical & commercial evaluations of pipeline materials. Must have general project management skills to be able to Plan/Track/Deliver projects. Experience on Saudi Aramco project is a plus. |
