Position: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
· Involve Business Development for the ITES/BPO Segment with special emphasis on Non-Voice BPO applications in North America & Europe working from Off Shore Location.
· Identifying and generating business from new accounts and enhance business from existing accounts.
· Build customer relationships and manage large named accounts towards achieving sales and service objectives.
· Employ tools to create sales lead funnel
· Prepare project cost estimates, business proposals and time line defining individual tasks, scope, resources and efforts involved
· Design the solution and create proposal for each individual opportunity
· Achieving revenue and contribution targets
· Conduct negotiations and formalize acceptance of order
· Understanding of business development cycle for the international market
