Minimum 3years experience in 5 Star Hotel in similar position
Be an outgoing personality and having proven success in similar operations.
Comfortable in all forms of guest contact.

Ability to train and share experiences with staff
Winning personality with sincere and forthright smile
Tip top communication skills for excellent front and back of house relationship
