Market Connect Group is a premier service organization that collaborates with both manufacturers and retailers to increase sales at store level. We provide in store services to department stores, mass merchants, and stand alone retailers throughout the United States. MCG is currently hiring associates to complete product samplings during promotional events.
Territories Available:
Culver City, CA (Fox Hills Mall)
Positions Available
- Product Promotion/Merchandiser / $12.00-$12.50hr / DOE
Job Descriptions
-Part time/Temporary
-Must be able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (November & December)
-Reports to District Manager
In Store Procedures
-Conducts product sampling during promotional events.
-Educates and motivates consumers on product features and benefits and new trends and arrivals.
-Assist customers in locating a retail store to purchase products.
-Provides market intelligence to our clients: customer’s response, store sales information, challenges/successes.
-Replenishes stock and ensures POS materials are on the floor in nearby retail stores.

Skills Required:: |
Job Requirements
-Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time. Shifts are 5-8 hours in length.
-Must have a personal Computer with Internet - IBM PC Compatible - Obtains in store instructions via website and -- reports via web reporting system
-Personal Digital Camera Required
-Client Recaps are required; reporting on stock status, display condition, upcoming events, etc.
-Drivers License and own Transportation
-Merchandising and Sales experience is required
