Session planned in Paris, 3 day delivery, (possibility of repeat sessions)
Course development (paid) to be done. Fees : 800 to 900€/day, based on CV.
The workshop will be based on a case study of "Contactless technology" an its introduction in the banking cards proposedby a Bank on the market.
Objective for participants is to understand the decision mechanisms leading to the adoption of this technology by Senior Management in the Bank :
_ Creation process of the banking business scenario
_ Product pricing (and value-adding by the Bank) |
Skills Required:: |
_ Based in Europe (Bilingual English & French)
_ 10 years Business experience in Marketing Management
_ Ideally : ex Marketing VP with capacity to share knowledge and experience and get involved in the training
_ Good knowledge of non-regulated Bank markets (i.e.: NOT france or Germany), rather anglo-saxon or emerging markets (Poland or similar)
_ Good knowledge of Kotler
_ Good knowledge and diverse experience of B2B and possibly B2C,
_ Good knowledge of Marketing and Communication inside the Bank environment
_ Training style : "facilitation", with capacity to translate his / her concrete experience in business cases for the participants
_ Must be able to cover a Management Marketing programme with Essentials, Product, and Solution Marketing |
