Vacancy to start in 2010 in the stunning setting of Wollongong, NSW, Australia

A truly fantastic opportunity has become available for a GP to excel in a new state-of-the-art medical centre in Wollongong on the East Coast of Australia.
Wollongong is a lively, likable city with glorious natural surroundings, superb beaches and a growing reputation as a city that appreciates fine food and wine. The schools are some of the best on offer on the east coast and boast an extremely high standard of results. The stunning coastline of beaches, river estuaries and craggy headlands makes Wollongong a very much sought after place to live and work.
The Medical Centre itself is located in this vibrant cosmopolitan city just 80km from Sydney. The surgery has 6 consulting rooms and a fully equipped treatment room with on-site pathology services. They currently have 2 full-time doctors and 6 part-time doctors who work different days and are currently looking to expand the team. It is a multi-cultural surgery seeing patients from all cultural backgrounds including: Australian, Arabic, Macedonian, Italian, Portuguese, Serbian and Croatian.
In this role as an overseas trained doctor you will be supported by your colleagues.
