| Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities
1. Works with the POCs in Brady North America, key business leaders and other sales and marketing professionals to identify business strategies and processes and then select and implement appropriate actions and initiatives to meet business objectives.
2. Ensures that sales and profitability targets are met by monitoring and reviewing overall selling performance; identifying areas of lower than expected performance; diagnosing root cause of process problems; and working with regional managers and appropriate business leaders to select and implement appropriate course of action.
3. Focus on strategic growth initiatives
4. Recruits, selects, leads and develops a large, diverse team of people.
5. Achieves sales and IFO goals outlined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
6. Tracks monthly progress on the above items and takes actions as necessary.
7. Creates budgets and manages expenses to those budgets.
8. Provides accurate sales forecasts.

Skills Required:: |
Position requires the level of educational development normally acquired in a bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts or related field. An advanced degree in business or other related field will distinguish the most desirable candidate. A minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in a sales environment including direct experience managing more than one of the following areas: Outbound telesales, field sales force, customer service/inbound sales. Experience with strategic sales program management and sales campaign planning are critical. Previous project management experience to lead change and manage performance is required to be successful.
