OB/GYN needed in the North Florida area
Facility:
Level III hospital, private, not for profit community health care system, has Women’s Pavilion, will take H1B or J1 Visa`s
Practice Information:
2 Physicians,
4 CNM’s.
2 NP’s
Call Schedule: The CNM’s take first call, so physician is not even called unless OB emergency, C-Sec, GYN emergency, or a vaginal birth after C-Sec.
Electronic Chart System
30-35 patients seen daily by each physician
DaVinci Robotics, both physicians certified here and one has over 500 cases. Both considered top surgeons in the USA when it come to Robotics.
75+ deliveries a month
Financials:
Salary- 180-200’s depending on experience
Bonus structure- in your 2nd year, if you double your salary you make 20% bonus on it. This does not include Christmas bonus which is based on how well the practice did as a whole for the year.
Full Medical Benefits with LTD/STD
Relocation Allowance
CME is 1 week and Negotiable 2k budget
Vacation is 4 weeks, this does not include
Christmas and Easter time off.
Malpractice is Occurrence
