Operations manager
5-8 yrs of experience in hotels, indoor entertainment centers,
> amusement parks etc. *
> Reviews and analyses profit ratios and takes necessary steps to review
> and fix prices/tariffs
> studies new market opportunities and recommends business expansion
> Suggest renovations and redesign of outlets
> Recommends capital expenditures for acquisition of new equipments to
> increase efficiency and services of operation
> Coordinates with Sr. manager Projects and Operation and Architect to
> finalizes space planning and layouts.
> Drafts specifications for equipments and machines and coordinates with
> various vendors for specific quotes
> Reviews and analyses profit ratios and takes necessary steps to fix
> prices/tariffs
> reviews staff performance and recommends for promotions, transfers and
> incentives
> Trains, coaches and mentors staff on a regular basis to support
> motivational initiatives
> Maintains excellent public relations with important stakeholders
> Plans promotions and events in coordination with the marketing
> department to incraese sales and brand awareness |
Skills Required:: |
College degree from an accredited
college or university or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in Amusement Parks, Family Entertainment Centers and Gaming Industry would be preffered
