| Job Description: |
Sales & Marketing Executive is urgently required for the Leading Crane and Equipment company located in Abu Dhabi.
As Sales & Marketing Executive, you will report to the Sales & Marketing Manager, and will be based in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for the following:
Primary Duties
1. Establish new contacts with potential customers in the construction industry to increase company rental volume business
2. Follow up with existing customers with the objective of retaining their business
3. Visits sites where company cranes are deployed to keep abreast of new requirements for cranes and other customer needs
4. Monitor company cranes in operation and provide feedback and recommendations to supervisor/manager and client
5. Monitor activity within the construction industry to pinpoint companies awarded jobs and target them as potential customers
6. Assist in customers’ crane requirement assessments in coordination with Company’s Sales & Marketing manager
Other Duties
7. Contribute to the preparation and compilation of documents and technical data deemed necessary to present quotations and proposals to potential customers
8. Study customers’ enquiry documents
9. Review and asses availability of company assets in light of enquiry documents
10. Assist in estimation of manpower and resources required to deploy company assets
11. Assist in preparation of crane deployment cost estimates
12. Assist in preparation of Technical Proposal deliverables
13. Study customer enquiry documentation in order to: a) gain clear overall understanding, b) fully appreciate personal responsibilities towards customer, c) comprehend relevant construction methods used by client
