Senior Landscape Architect
Our Client is a Multi-Disciplined International Consultancy operating in the Middle East & North Africa providing world-class professional design and management services which include architectural design, progressive infrastructure engineering and project and construction management, currently they are involved in at least 3 of the top 10 billion USD projects currently ongoing in Abu Dhabi.
As a Senior Landscape Architect you will be responsible for creating landscape designs & estimating projects on some of the most prestigious and internally recognized mega-projects within the region. This position requires an innovative designer with good organizational, time management and communications skills who is motivated to actively contribute to sustainability initiatives in challenging environments.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Producing innovative and practical landscape designs to renovate, enhance and improve properties for company clients.
• Previous design based experience
• Preparation of illustrative presentations and coordination of on-site meetings with key stakeholders and regulatory personnel where required.
• Involvement in both pre and post site supervision stages including property inspection, site inventory & analysis, cost analysis, plant layout and completion of services evaluation.
• Preparation of measurements, base maps, digital imagery, colour rendering, and select of plant material in conjunction with generating estimates for design projects & review to ensure scope of work meets requirements.
• Assist managers and sales representatives with concepts & marketing materials.
• Minimum of 15 years post-graduation work experience Large scale project experience
• Technical background
• BSc in Landscape Architecture.
• Membership of a professional association would be beneficial.
