• Marketing (web-site, database mgmt system, email marketing campaigns, business cards, signs, flyers, newspaper ads, virtual tours, internet advertising, etc.)- all paid for by us
• Errors and Omissions Insurance- yep, we pay for this also, from your first day of employment with us
• Expense Reimbursement (In addition to commissions!!)- we pay for mileage to and from showings, your cell phone, your home Internet access, MLS and board renewals, and more...
• Performance Incentives- Also, monthly bonus checks paid, based on your clients survey results, and more...
• Transaction Support- a dedicated, full-time closing services manager is partnering with you to ensure no surprises and an on-time, successful close.
• Medical , Dental , Vision and 401(k)- we pay 50% of the premium/group insurance (for you, spouse, and/or full-family), we offer PPO options and, in Texas, it is Blue Cross insurance.
