| Job Description: |
Candidate will provide expertise and general knowledge of training, supervision, and operational planning of law enforcement and security operations in Pakistan. Law enforcement and military professionals with supervisory and training experience are needed to fulfill contracts for a large, multinational security and training firm. Qualified individuals in Pakistan will be signed to contracts for extensive security fee-based consulting work.
Position Summary:
Provide information, advice and expertise for a security and training contract in Pakistan. Knowledge of the formulation, planning, development, and implementation of programs, initiatives, strategies, and projects designed to develop and improve sustainability and capacity to improve police and defense related training and management in accordance with best practices.
A successful job candidate will be able to:
- Deliver accurate appraisals of the security situation
- Will be considered a subject matter expert
- Indentify specific training requirements and current shortcomings to support mission training plans; develop tasks, conditions, and standards in accordance with standard operating procedures, unit training strategies, evaluation plans, etc.
- Provide detailed assessments and training and logistical advice for future security and training contracts
- Have the ability to travel and arrange schedule in order to satisfy contract reports
- There is no need to relocate to the U.S. if living abroad, but must have a passport and ability to travel

Skills Required:: |
- Ability to speak, read, and communicate in the local language and English
- Law enforcement and/or military training
- Law enforcement and/or supervisory roles
- Counterinsurgency operations knowledge and combat experience a plus
