Commissioning and startup of gas processing equipment in power generation facility.
Confirm proper installation of equipment. Includes piping, instrument and electrical connections.
Test and troubleshoot all instruments. Confirm proper functioning of safety systems. Relay findings to home office for support and approval to proceed.
Confirm proper operation of equipment. Monitor operation throughout initial startup and running of equipment. Ensure customer`s understanding of proper operation of system. |
Skills Required:: |
Must read control schematics. Must be familiar with motorized valves. Must be familiar with PLC`s. Must have experience with 480V 3 phase power. |
