| Job Description: |
Interface with Operation director and senior management teams for any network operation related
Supports the network operations team by providing management oversight of the teams assigned for technical problem resolution in the field.
Provides direct management of all 1st Tier corrective and preventive maintenance activities in a geographical or Technological area of responsibility.
Responsible for managing the assigned operation within budget, meeting the service quality goals of Managed Services.
Working with the customer and work centers for the resolution of issues. Interfaces closely with the other customer for support of specific defined requirements.
Defines, clarifies, and reaches agreements with the other organizations on the operation strategy, and translates the operation guideline into implementation directives and requirements for direct reports.
Builds and maintains relationships with peers, associates, and representatives both internal and external to the organization.
Manages the planning and implementation of O&M plans working with the other team members to meet the SLA and KPI’s and best network availability defined.
Verifies that the work is done to the highest quality standards and that progress is on track in terms of schedule and budget.
Manages the performance of internal and external personnel representing multiple trades and disciplines (e.g. service, mechanical, technical, etc.).

Skills Required:: |
Above 13 years of international telecommunication experience, especially with work experience with telecom Vendors and/or Operators.
Excellent possessing good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Contract negotiation high level capability.
Very well understanding for different business cases, and models.
Strong personality and high level in work show ability.
