Important Multinational Company based in Chile, is looking for a FileNet Engineer, for a six moth period.
You will perform and deliver defined services according to established processes, providing and documenting customer as well as operational support as required. Taking documented action to improve system quality, performance and processes you also assess technical solutions and related procedures. Additionally you will maintain a good level of knowledge of the relevant solutions and appropriate certification levels. We will depend on your expertise to install, maintain and configure FileNet P8 application components and related products, to test and optimise application related components, to adhere to release and change management principals, to analyse the impact of FileNet changes on underlying operating system as well as to proactively implement solutions and provide technical consultancy.
To your bachelor`s degree or technical college equivalent you should bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, FileNet FCP P8 certification, proven experience of all the P8 suite components, knowledge of ITIL service delivery, process and quality management, configuration and release management, business analyse and consulting know-how and preferably some Spanish level.. We expect a pro-active and flexible personality with strong customer focus, interpersonal and communication skills, team spirit and a precise, efficient and effective working method.
