| Job Description: |
We are looking for an engineer who work with us for a project in China. The seletion process will be developed from spain.
Project Description:
1. Lead the full development responsibility for vehicle NVH, including vehicle NVH performance evaluation and optimization.
2. Understanding needs of customers, doing vehicle benchmark, setting full-vehicle NVH targets, breaking down it to subsystem technical requirement and/or compartment requirement, solve the possible conflicts with other key attributes like ride & handling, durability or crash, support vehicle development teams in optimizing the NVH performance of their designs.
3. Build the vehicle mode map, define attach point mobility, support the vehicle structure integration to reach NVH requirement, support design engineer to set mount characteristic in NVH opinion.
4. Initial the insulator foam layer thickness map, define interior STL, support interior design engineer for acoustic requirement.
5. Define some subsystem noise level requirement, such as air intake noise, exhaust noise, engine cooling fan noise, HVAC blower noise, etc. Communicate with related compartment integration team for potential issue.
6. Evaluation of the NVH performance of a proposed design option using accelerated virtual modeling and NVH evaluation techniques, monitor the subsystem and compartment NVH characteristic to achieve the full vehicle target.
7. Solving specific NVH shortcomings in prototype vehicle and production vehicle, refining the NVH performance of vehicle designs.
8. Arrange the NVH technical review
9. Review the technical delivery of project and validate if the NVH requirement has been met.

Skills Required:: |
Technical skills
1. Good knowledge and experience in vehicle NVH development, more than 15 year vehicle NVH working experience.
2. Well knowledge in development of mount system, sound quality, acoustic etc.
3. With experience of subjective and objective NVH benchmark.
Language and level required
1. English or Chinese speaking.
