| Job Description: |
Our Client is a middle level KPO operating out of India. Incumbent would be responsible for BD and Client servicing for them.
Principal Responsibilities :
• Interact with each DMO PMs for different projects in Redmond
• Represent/Communicate India DOC Value proposition wherever required
• Represent India DOC in all onsite business meetings/QBRs
• Support onsite Microsoft DMO PMs in effort estimation and transition planning for India DOC projects
• Drive SOWs to closure with DMO
• Serve as immediate onsite escalation for all India DOC activities
• Create monthly/quarterly pipeline of business opportunities
• Get involved in the DMO budget planning activities
• Assist in managing budget allocated to DOC activities
• Communicates VOC periodically to leadership at Annik
• Support Field IT transition to DOC model
Candidate Specification :
* Must have 10-15 years management experience with proven ability to act responsibly and independently.
* Prior experience managing client servicing
* Should have worked in similar role with IT/ITES industry.
* US citizens only.
Compensation would be around USD 5000 pm. In addition to which there would be a considerable variable amount.

* Broad cross functional expertise in areas of service, negotiation and account management
* Understanding of IT systems, SI, BI and data quality
* Proven networking, collaboration and influencing skills.
* Strong quality and customer focus, familiar with Quality policies like (Lean, Six Sigma and led the operations function.)
* Should have strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills |
