Bulwork™ First It/ Ites Recruitment Agency in Bulgaria is looking to recruit for one of its clients - a Leader in Delivery and Customer Service Area. For their office in Sofia the company wants to attract:
Associate With German And French
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Handling/Answering customer requests through calls/e-mails/voice mails
* Incident Management of all reported issues
* Providing basic troubleshooting for customers in the following area: Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office 2003 / 2007 etc.

Skills Required:: |
Main Requirements:
* Very good command of the following languages:
German
French
English
* fundamental knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook) and Windows operating systems
* MS Office skills (MS Word/ MS Excel)
* Some experience in support center will be a great plus
* Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science or related will be an advantage.
