provide personal administrative support to the CEO. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials.
2. Prepare PowerPoint presentations.
3. Setup travel arrangements.
4. Setup accomodation arrangements for visitors.
5. Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
6. Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
7. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.
8. Supervise support staff |
Skills Required:: |
1. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
2. Professional verbal and written communication skills.
3. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
4. Ability to work under pressure.
5. Flexible schedule and occasional late hours. |
