| Job Description: |
1- Sales & Collection
a. Responsible for achieving sales target for assigned customer(s)
b. Responsible for collection for assigned customer(s)
2- Product Management
a. Ensure 100% presence and availability of company products as per MSL
1. Modern Trade & Retail
1. Activate product(s) in case same was blocked at store level
2. Ensure availability of product(s) price tag at shelf level
3. Ensure correct product(s) description at shelf level
4. Ensure correct pricing for product(s) at shelf level
3- Merchandising
a. Implement BDA (business Deal agreement) signed between company and customer(s) as far as shelf space, visibility, promotions and advertisement fees are concerned.
b. Maintain display & visibility of company product(s)
c. Follow-up with merchandisers on display and visibility of company product(s)
4- Promotions
a. Modern Trade & Retail
1. Plan with key account manager local promotions at store(s) level and follow-up on its execution
2. Support /execute national promotion within agreed budget and timescale
5- Customer management
a. Prospect new potential customer(s)
b. Maintain relationships with existing customer through regular customer visit as per routing plan, order procurement and customer service.
c. Provide product and merchandising training to customer(s) to strengthen company sales within customer
d. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries
6- Market intelligence
a. Understands products and prices offered by competition and updates management on any market conditions that could impact company sales or market share
b. Provide information required by management
7- Reporting
a. Update daily sale report, customer stock card

Skills Required:: |
Profile and Skills
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably with an FMCG experience
• Lives by and promotes company procedures and values
• Age bracket: 22-30 years old. |
