The challange
Apart from general management of the secondary school, you wish to cooperate actively in shaping today’s school and further develop curricula. You should ensure the quality of education by the inclusion of international standards. Your tasks as head of the school include the optimization of internal processes, the expansion of our conceptual basis and working in a future-oriented manner. You will work in an integrating fashion and create a climate of openness at the school. You will promote team spirit within the teaching staff and inspire your colleagues to engage in continuous development. A further focus of your tasks is representation of the school to outside parties in cooperation with parents and external partners.

Your profile
You have extensive knowledge about management and organization of school operations, ideally in an international context and you are familiar with the programs PYP, ICGSE and IB. Passion for education combined with an above-average dedication are preferred just as high motivation to develop yourself and the school. As a team player with very good communicative and social capabilities, you can handle conflicts productively and mediate between differing positions, make decisions and assert these. We will require entrepreneurial handling and thinking, innovativeness and organizing capabilities. Equally important is a readiness for continued development as well as self-assured demeanor with excellent manners. First-class language proficiency in English and German are required just as handling MS Office. |
