The job
* Take client inputs and wireframes and execute into live pages.
* Identify, research and troubleshoot any design / coding problems related to projects.
* Research new technologies which can improve operational efficiency.
* Follow and maintain project standards that have been achieved over previous executions.

Qualifications required
* Graduate in any stream. MCA will be added advantage.
* 1-2 years of experience in web development field.
* Knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Ajax, HTML, CSS
* Knowledge of W3C, design standards like web 2.0 and other Usability (U.I.) standards. And knowledge of quality check techniques.
* Good communication Skills. |
Skills Required:: |
* Wide exposure to Web Design and HTML of client projects.
* Experience with Table and Tableless (DIV) websites.
* Experience with CMS solutions like Wordpress, Joomla etc.
* Knowledge about online help resources related to Web Development.
* Good knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures.
* Knowledge of rectifying cross browser issues.
* Knowledge of SEO will be an added advantage.
* Ability to master new techniques quickly and efficiently.
* Ability to source external talent when skills / capacity not available internally. |
