| Job Description: |
• To spearhead customer-facing projects;
• To lead a project team of engineers across different towers, sub-contractors, etc;
• To ensure that all project fundamentals are covered accordingly including scope, deliverables, timeline, costs and risks;
• To manage and deliver the project on scope, on schedule and within budget and to ensure high customer satisfaction; and
• To handle problem escalation accordingly.

Skills Required:: |
The candidate must have the following xperience/qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Must have at least 5 years experience in project management or in roles/businesses
- Solid project management skills/experience
- Strong leadership skills and lots of initiative
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to all management levels within customer organization
- Ability to listen carefully and extract key issues
- Has strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Has strong issues management skills
- Has strong customer handling skills
-PMP certification is an advantage
- Has project management experience in one or more (the more the better) of the following types of infrastructure projects:
- Servers,Networks/Firewalls, High-end Storage and Storage Area Network
- Microsoft Projects - AD and Exchange Implementation and Migration
- SAP Basis/Infrastructure Setup and Migration |
