Leading manufacturer of pressure sensitive tape is seeking an Experienced Outside Sales Executive for our Western Territory.
Must be goal oriented, a hunter, a strategic thinker and have the ability to close sales. If these qualifications describe your sales talent and you can prove it, WE WANT YOU!
Responsibilities:
Visit a minimum of 8 customers per day.
Seek out new opportunities with existing customers.
Work with Customer Service to provide the best of class experience for our customers.
Work with engineering department on custom applications within territory.
Follow up on potential sales leads generated from trade advertisements.
Ability to cold call via phone and field visits.
Submit reports on sales activity.
Requirements:
Sales experience in pressure sensitive tape products required. Associates degree or 5-7 years work experience.
Minimum 5 years of field sales experience.
Proficient in the use of a personal computer and various software applications.
Self motivated needing minimal direction.
Ability to see solutions beyond the first two steps of an activity (cognitive reasoning).
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Able to prioritize. Mechanical aptitude.
Above average verbal and written communication skills.
Well groomed. Clean driving record.
