This very friendly family is looking forward to hosting their first Au Pair.
They live in Radlett, which is a beautiful suburb of North West London but which has easy rail access in to Central London in less than 20 minutes.
It is an area full of young Families, and where there are very many other Au Pairs.
Radlett has easy access to good language schools, a library, shops, cafes and bars.
Is a short 10 minute bus ride to Borehamwood and Elstree (2 names, but always classed as one area,) and also with shops/ schools/ cafes / bars and restaurants, a gym and swimming pool complex, and again, a very large amount of other au pairs.
15 - 20 minutes in either direction are 2 other big Towns - one, St Albans, has a lot of Roman History, Cathedral, historical monuments, plus modern shops and clubs / bars / cafes, whilst in the other direction there is Watford, with its famous Football club, major shopping centre, clubs, bars and cafes. Both Towns have big and popular twice weekly Street Markets.
Dad (30yrs) is a lawyer, and Mum (31) is a primary School teacher.
They have 2 girls, aged 2 ½ yrs and 11 months.
The eldest child goes to Nursery 5 mornings a week.
Mum and Dad both enjoy sports mainly Football, tennis and Cricket, as well as Computer games, walking, cycling, swimming, going to the Cinema and reading.
The Family home is detached, with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
It has wireless internet which you are welcome to use.
Your room is very large, and you will have both a TV and space to make yourself at home.
Your duties would be a mixture of childcare and light Housework, and each day can be different.
Mum and Dad also employ a Cleaner for a few hours each week.
Mum is happy to show a new Au pair how to change a Nappy, providing you are happy around Babies.
Mum and Dad say ...": We are a very warm and welcoming family where the fridge is always full and the door always open. The two girls are growing up very fast already and are both amazing. (Not surprising that we would say that though!) We are also quite hectic running to and from school, work, football, and seeing friends but absolutely love crashing out on the sofa to watch tv."
Sounds a very nice home and Family is waiting for a good Au Pair!
