| Job Description: |
1 Support implementation of Oracle HRMS system across the Group.
2 Analyze data, develop and generate routine and adhoc reports for management review.
3 Manage data integrity contained within HR database system via periodic audits.
4 Identify and monitor HR department needs related to automate any procedures in the system.
5 Ensure completeness and accuracy of data in all HR systems and test any changes implemented.
6 Acts as liaison with the information systems department to resolve system problems.
7 Mentor the activities of data input by the users across the Group and respond to procedural/system queries.
8 Defining user responsibility matrix for HR & payroll systems.
9 Participate on special projects to implement new procedures or services by the General Manager of HR & Admin for example grading, Cost analysis for budgeting and benchmarking.

Skills Required:: |
Knowledge Skills and Experience and Job Related Competencies
Educational Qualifications & Experience Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years design and configuration on any HR/payroll systems, or Oracle-based ERP application.
- An understanding of relational database applications such as Microsoft Access, Oracle or an equivalent system.
- Advanced skill levels with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
Competencies/Skills/Others:
- Knowledge of key relationships and dependences across HR and other modules mainly Finance module.
- System knowledge to include a high level understanding of current data stored in HRMS (all business groups), key data requirements for Oracle Payroll and data requirements as they relate to integrations with other modules and business processes. Understanding of approved reporting requirements; and other reporting requirements as defined by the company and/or department.
- Strong computer skills, database management skills, communication skills, statistical skills, and presentation skills are essential. |
