Skills and attributes of the role include:
Fluency in communication and excellent use of verbal speech
Customer service orientation
Proficient in PC and MS office applications
Good written and spoken foreign language (English at the moment)
Holding A’ degree or studying in Higher education /Technological institution, would be considered as an additional asset
Experience in telephone services/ customer care / promotion
