| Job Description: |
My clients are a major International Commercial and Quantity Surveying firm.
They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on major resort projects in Sudan, Morocco and Yemen. The project will include appartments, villas, hotels and a shopping complex. The buildings will mostly be low to medium rise but some high rise may be needed.
They are looking for a QS with a good mix of pre and post contract work and there is a minimum requirement of 10 years post graduate experience.
Requirements:
Degree qualification from a recognised Univeristy
10 years post graduate experience.
RICS Membership
Cost specialisation
Excellent level of written and spoken Engish
Must be able to attend face to face interview in either the UK, UAE or Qatar |
