Description:
Meghen Group is currently looking for German speakers like You for Our Client - a leading international business outsourcing provider based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We are currently looking for German Speaking Agents to join their customer service team. Relocation support is provided to successful candidates.
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Work in a team based environment supporting your team in achieving the highest quality standards
- Provide a precise response to all inbound emails received whilst providing a positive customer’s experience through efficient, friendly, high quality responses
- Proactively seek feedback on ways to improve personal performance
- Ensure quick turnaround of order and query validation process
- Keep track of and analysing queries
- Be responsible for continuous improvements to existing processes and procedures
- Liaise directly with the Sales, customers and other internal departments
- Take ownership to ensure closure for all issues which cannot be resolved whilst dealing with the customer

◦Fluent German (native or near native)
◦Fluent English (verbal and written)
