Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Architecture
- Foreign nationality, above 40 years old
- Minimum 15 years of working experience in the related field, management of medium and large scale projects from concept scheme to expanded preliminary design independently
- Having excellent theoretical basis in Urban planning
- Having strong project invention ability, control ability and oral and written communication skills
- Good at communicating with others, in teamwork spirit and having a good learning capacity
- Good skills in AutoCAD , MS Office, etc
