Requirements of the Candidate as Project Manager
Candidate must have 15-20 years experience in the field of construction out of which 5 years in Executive position in REAL ESTATE business is a must.
A Master’s degree in qualification.
The candidate must be capable to:
1. Perform projects Feasibility study, Value Engineering, Cost Estimating and investment revenue.
2. Manage and coordinate all design development & construction activities.
3. Planning, Scheduling, manage & monitor construction activities.
4. Responsible for technical proposals and negotiation of contract agreements with design firms & contracting companies.
5. Directs & review all design with design firms.
6. Monitor work to assure it complies with drawing, specification & requirements.
7. Vast experience in utilizing modern skills in engineering, construction management, intelligent building and various technical & engineering activities.
8. Site Selection, Cost & financial Control, Procurement management, Contract Administration, Claim & Design Tender management Overall of the project.
9. To be acquainted with the Rules of Governmental Departments of Saudi Arabia especially Municipality regulations.
10. . Knowledge of Saudi market is a plus.
