Responsibilities:
Responsible for the general ledger, oversight of daily accounting operations, accounts receivable, credit and collections, bank reconciliations.
Prepares journal entries with appropriate backup/documentation.
Month-end close process.
Prepares General Ledger account reconciliations: bank accounts, accruals, A/R, A/P, payroll accounts, tax accounts, inventory accounts.
Reviews trial balance for completeness and accuracy.
Oversees daily, weekly and monthly management reporting.
Manages the accounting department
Monitor the preparation and timely submission of reports
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
Resolve accounting discrepancies
Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems
Supervises the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial systems
Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits

Skills Required:: |
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor`s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent. Job role in Auditing or equivalent.
Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
