Veritiss seeks Pashto speakers in order to support the effort of armed forces partaking in Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan. We support one of the largest DOD (Department Of Defense) government contractors in the country that provides linguist services to the United States Army and other agencies. Veritiss employees serving on this contract are professional high-quality linguists who provide a valuable service to the United States. The mission is to protect our national interests, support the Afghan people in an effort to rebuild Afghanistan, and combat terrorism worldwide. We believe that all qualified Pashto speakers could be instrumental element in this process. The Afghan nation will greatly benefit from the assistance of Pashto speakers. As a Linguist working for Veritiss Afghans will receive an excellent compensation and benefits package, with earnings ranging from $185,000 to $245,000 per year. |
Skills Required:: |
Veritiss linguists serve as combat multipliers to U.S., Afghan and coalition forces by translating Pashto and other local languages into English. Linguists act as the primary advisors to the unit commander on the customs, courtesies, culture and tradition in the region thereby helping the commander to make informed decisions. Veritiss linguists are the link between Afghan nationals and coalition forces; they are an outlet for the Afghan people to voice their opinions, concerns and grievances to coalition units as well as help units to change words into action. Veritiss linguists play a key role in combating terrorism, rebuilding the Afghan nation and maintaining peace worldwide. |
