| Job Description: |
The personal assistant is the founders`/ CEO`s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation.
Taking care of all enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the founder
taking dictation and minutes;
carrying out background research and presenting findings;
producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
organising and attending meetings and ensuring the founder is well-prepared for meetings;
liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
deputising for the founder,making decisions and delegating work to others in the manager`s absence;
devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;
arranging travel and accommodation and,
regularly , traveling with the founder to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.

Skills Required:: |
• Experience of working as a personal assistant , preferably from within the healthcare sector.
• Good career track record.
• Organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• maintaining confidentiality where required.
• Good at networking and building good working relationships
• Multitasking.
• Degree qualified (desirable)
• International experience would be ideal, but not essential.
