Sportsbook VIP Executive
Our client is looking for a Sportsbook VIP Executive to support the VIP team leader. The main responsibilities are:
Working for the Sportsbook VIP Manager, the post holder will assist in the day-to-day management of the Sportsbook VIP ‘Platinum’ Programme
Assist the manager to keep clients active
Reactivate dormant accounts
Handle client queries and liaise with associated departments
Operate as a link between VIP, Customer Services, Marketing & Hospitality Department
Principle Accountabilities
Account Management
Monitoring account activity & trends
Updating client records where necessary
Ability to give gesture of good will’s on occasion and amend account errors
Daily operational tasks
Customer profiling & database management
Dispute resolution as required and within authority levels
Regular customer contact – verbal & written
Assisting where required in arranging hospitality events
Contacting clients in line with the Dormant Reactivation Policy
Attempting to resolve disputes and reactivate accounts, including accounts outside the VIP programme
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
· Comprehensive knowledge of sports betting
· Solid marketing or strong customer service experience
· The ability to handle potential conflict with high value customers
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Bet settlement experience
· Ability to travel and work weekends & evenings where necessary
· Knowledge of Gaming products
· Understanding of client vetting and payments procedures
· Experience of attending customer hospitality events
