International Recruitment Exchange Services, Inc. is looking for a candidate that is interested in performing the following duties:
Must have the ability to work a varied, 45/55-hour work week (including evenings, weekends and some holidays)
Track record of consistently exceeding the guest expectations
Must have a positive can do attitude
Ability to motivate and train employees.
Hands on working environment
P&L management, cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate action.
Recruit, interview and hire team members.
Conduct performance evaluations, and disciplinary action.
Ability to drive results in obtaining passing scores on company Quality Assurance Evaluations
He\She should have a working knowledge of local store marketing techniques, and sales building.
Multi-Tasking and the ability to quickly prioritize task.
Interacting with the guest has to come easy. This is a front of the house position
