| Job Description: |
This position is responsible for the direct operational control of player tournament across Casino and Slots. The position will be directly engaged in designing, promoting and conducting of tournament play across a wide variety of game types and delivery channels. The principal objective of this role is to apply techniques and events in retaining casino players and enhancing their gaming behaviour. The role will coordinate with Marketing and other business units by completing a variety of tasks as instructed, required or under initiative. You must have a Minimum of 2 years experience in the gaming industry preferably in an operational role involving online gaming or machines in a casino or similar public gaming environment. Tournament coordinator experience is highly desirable and also you must have a minimum 2 years experience in a customer facing / customer service role. |
