| Job Description: |
-Manage, Motivate and coach subordinates on business issues and performance by acting as a mentor, monitoing their performance, providing appropriate feedback and initiating corrective action when necessary.
-Build a strong relationship with the private bankers and help the Group head in developing client relationships and assessing their investment needs.
-Support the goup head in managing the existing investment portfolios by monitoring and analyzing those portfolios/products offered and by evaluating and assessing current market environment.
-Study on a regular basis the development and trends be it country risks,capital markets or real estate markets so that investment decisions are backed by sound and accurate data.
-Coordinate with Product Development, Research and Asset Management teams to access market views and cross sell company`s products/services.
-Ensure compliance with all group policies,rules,regulations and guidelines.
