An excellent chance for a market research analyst exists to join a very diverse organization which predominately deals with investment and finance. The primary activities of the group deal with residential and commercial property investment, off shore fund management and packaging and distribution of its own mortgage lending book in pan European countries. Responsibilities would include identifying and sourcing suitable secondary information and research into various market sectors on a daily basis, analyzing data and creating valid sales advice and factual reports covering various aspects of the investment, finance and overseas property marketplaces. Other duties would cover the designing, initiating and coordinating in house primary research, including questionnaires and surveys as well as coordinating direct marketing campaigns. The perfect applicant should idyllically be a business or marketing graduate with prior market research experience. It is vital that the candidate has strong creative and analytical skills as well as excellent computer skills with knowledge of excel, word, and Microsoft access essential, and a working knowledge of MS Project very advantageous. Prior work experience in a finance or investment based organization would be an advantage, but not vital. Fluency in English is critical with additional languages an advantage. This position reports directly to the Investment Marketing Manager and offers future opportunities for promotion to head up the market research department. |
