    Title : Senior Accountant & Administrator For International Projects ( Spoken French Countries )
    Burkina Faso & Niger Project

    • Finance Tasks and responsibilities :

    1- Petty Cash :

    A- Releasing Cash from bank; issuing custodies to the employees whose assigned to receive it; settlement their custodies every two weeks after the Project Manager Approval; Analyzing the Custodies settlement Account; Assigned each account to its Cost Center and finally recorded them in the General journal entry.
    B- Manage the running cost of the head office ‘Ouagadougou’ .
    C- Prepare, Calculate and Pay the monthly salaries for local employees according to their attendance, missions, bonus and Extra Working hours.
    D- Prepare, Calculate and Pay the monthly allowances for Expats.

    2- Bank Accounts :

    A- Preparing Weekly Bank Reconciliation for Two bank accounts.
    B- Following up the bank balance and assigned it to the Company need in order to avoid any shortage in liquidity.
    C- Manage with the bank all facilities that can be taken Ex. Credit.

    3- Account Payable :

    A- Recording suppliers submitted invoices after compare it with their price offer, purchase request, purchase order approved.
    B- Preparing Aging Payable (Following up our dues on a Daily basis).
    C- Settlement supplier’s dues amount based on their terms of payment agreement.



    4- Account Receivable :

    A- Preparing Weekly Aging Receivable for two clients
    B- Sites Cost Pricing
    C- Submitted the Estimated Quantity to be approved from the client.
    D- Submitted the estimated invoice amount to be approved from the client.
    E- Following up the invoices procedures till their collection.

    5- Financial Statement ( Actual & Managerial )

    A- Preparing Quarterly financial statement.
    B- Monitor and control the running cost received from the HQ in Cairo.
    C- Submit the financial statement to the tax authorities and to the auditor.
    D- Manage the Auditor requested documents.
    E- Attend the annual auditor general assembly to discus the report.

    • Administrative Tasks and Responsibilities :

    A- Prepare all new hired employees documents and contracts.
    B- Social Insurance & taxes calculations and payment.
    C- Prepare and submit the annual declaration for social insurance and taxes.
    D- Follow up the local employees and expat attendance/Month
    E- Handling the travel and arrival date for each expat.
    F- Handling all procedures to make for each expat visa, work permit and residency.
    G- Custom Clearance for imported materials.
