    I have an MBA from Augsburg College from Minneapolis Minnesota. My recent job position was Latin America Finance Director for i3 Research, a division on Ingenix and UnitedHealth Group based in Minnesota. I managed all the accounting and finance operations for Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Costa Rica, Uruguay and Argentina. I had a staff of 9 people reporting to me. I reported all financial results in accordance to GAAP to the US. I also dealt with business related matters with our other companies in France, England and other countries. We had 3 companies with different set of books, i3 Research, i3 Pharma, Statprobe. I also provided metrics, variance analysis as well as budget/forecastings for each country.
    I also worked with Ingenix as a Sr. Financial Analyst and provided all budget, metrics and variance analysis for operational cost as well as revenue for all member related health insurance plans within United Health Group. Analyzed hour usage of platforms within the organization as well as intra revenue generating activities.

    Latin America Finance Director
    Responsibilities:

    1). Analyze, recommend and implement all accounting and financial transactions and reports for business within Latin America, as well as global intercompany transactions including USA, Europe and Asia.
    2).Establish stronger reporting structure, enhance cost controls, introduce tax, international credit and collections and develop multi-company financial and reporting systems.
    3).Spearhead financial aspects for transformation for financial transactional uniformity within Latin America as well with other countries in conformity with GAAP.
    4).Gain tremendous international and finance regulatory experience setting up companies and commercial operations.
    5).Provide assistance to our Business Development team in streamlining accounting and financial processes thereby enabling the company to bring new business units to Latin America consequently attaining more business opportunities by offering more services at lower costs.
