    • Prepares the individual & consolidated FS for all 5 branches, Commissary and Head Office

    • Heads the commissary and make sure that all regular transactions (purchasing and selling) and adjustments (returns to supplier, returns from buyers, spoilages, breakage, shortage and losses) are accounted for and handled correctly.
    • Compute and adjust if necessary the costing for all merchandise maintained in the commissary
    • Developed the inventory, billing and collection system for the Commissary
    • Prepare the weekly statement of account for all the branches (both corporate owned and franchisee).
    • Supervise the collection process of commissary receivables, talk to individual franchisee and reconcile overdue accounts when necessary
    • Improvise, formulate and develop diff approaches to the commissary process such as purchasing, delivery and billing & collection.
    • Deal with major and new suppliers with regards to payment terms, lead time, type of delivery and formulate the memorandum of agreement with the suppliers.
    • Maintains a rolling budget for sales projections and purchasing.

    Duties & Responsibilities – General Manager
    • Supervise the day to day operation of the company.
    • Makes the decision together with the president of the company on certain issues such as capital expenditures, price increases, make or buy, and all other long term managerial decisions
    • Formulate and develop company policies to suit the company’s current needs and changing needs as well
    • Deals with all the franchisees on issues with the commissary and the operations.
    • Maintains the IT network security for both the LAN and wireless network.
