     Also, supervises shipment transactions for Noorsat (Orbit’s affiliate)
     Checks invoices to ensure that we are billed for the items actually delivered and items sent; and verifying if the charges are acurate as per the rate cards.
     Coordinating with suppliers and assisting them by providing quotations for the shipment charges with or without insurance.
     Coordinating with insurance company for covering the shipment during in transit under General Insurance Policy.
     Maintaining and reviewing schedule 3 of the contract between the company and different licensors (eg : Sony Pictures, Warner Bros, Fremantle Media..etc)
     Coordinating with some suppliers and licensors with regards to custom requirements.
     Preparing the “Incoming shipments monitoring for tapes and equipments”(Advisory coming from Orbit, Rome/ Various licensors and subtitling company).
     Tracking of shipments and making follow-ups with different courier companies (Eg: DHL, FedEx,UPS , ARAMEX etc...)
     Organising the Warehouse to function with the internal company systems and monitor warehouse procedures and suggest or make improvements to establish processes and procedures.
     Assisting in periodic inventory counts and suggest how to update/modify the warehouse catalog to reflect current descriptions and specifications.
     Safe keeping the company stamp for BNC office.
     Maintaining PR with Various Courier Service Companies by holding personal meetings every month.

     Established basic internal control procedures for shipping department by maintaining all files regarding video tapes, equipment, personal transactions of employees etc…
