I search a challenging job in which I find the opportunity to develop myself by the gain of experience and knowledge. In order to raise my added value, I intend to improve my technological and other skills both by the necessary training as by daily practice. I consider myself a team-player, focussing on the (long-term) gain of the group rather than aiming for personal “quick wins”.
I look forward to combine my nursing background with my interest in informatics.
Although my current position comes with a clear focus on PACS, I have a broad experience and knowledge of the technologies & solutions currently provided by Agfa Healthcare. From this perspective, I see myself as a `generalist` rather then specialising in a single (technical) topic.

Highly familiar with all common medical imaging modalities

Basic knowledge of SQL
Notions of JAVA, PHP

Engaged as Application specialist since February ’04 at Agfa with experience in RIS, PACS , speech recognition, 3D and orthopaedic planning. Responsible for most of the workflow analysis’s.
Highly appreciated by the customers for my social characteristics and empathy.
Previous employment – Imelda vzw
Medical imaging technologist from July ’00 until February ‘04, at the Imelda hospital. The job content spontaneously moved towards PACS/RIS Administrator after 3 months of employment.
